• Support Van drivers to load and offload food parcels, groceries, clothing and essentials in the community Foodbanks
• Distribute materials related to church services/meetings such as bulletins, hymnals, handouts, flyers etc
• Support the officiating minister in Bible studies, communion services and Prayer Meetings
• Direct individuals out of the service/meeting in an orderly fashion (in most instances row by row), leaving the auditorium or room ready for the next service or meeting
• Prepare the altar for service by ensuring that seats, equipment, and other Church service materials are kept clean and in place
