Description
Our client, a prestigious Barristers' Chambers, based near Chancery Lane, is seeking a Fees Clerk to join their friendly finance team of five.
Working under the day-to-day supervision of the Head of Finance, the Fees Clerk is expected to provide financial, billing and credit control support to the Finance Team.
As a Fees Clerk your duties will include:
- Sending fee notes and invoices for all work billed
- Entering payments on to LEX system and sending confirmation of receipt to the barristers
- Processing payments to online banking system
- Assisting with daily bank reconciliation when required
- Assisting with posting adhoc payments to staff members and suppliers on online banking system
- Assisting with end of month tasks as required
Fees Clerk Skills & Experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including good spoken and written English
- Calm, patient and flexible approach to work in a very busy environment
- Good organisational skills to ensure all financial information is accurate and up to date

£25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
