The Role


As an Administrative Assistant, you will support all operational, compliance and financial aspects of our Healthcare International Control Tower in Newcastle.

Ensuring timely and accurate data is available for client invoicing, you will update and maintain key client 'rate cards'.

You will ensure payments are received and any debits are raised, respond to revenue and cost queries and run reports and analysis.

You will seek to improve processes through streamlining, supporting continuous improvement projects and monitoring and reporting on implemented improvements.

  • Strong numeracy and literacy
