About Us:
We provide Temporary Traffic Management (TTM) designs for urban & rural roads, in addition to dual carriageway & motorways anywhere in the UK using the latest industry software.
As well as specialising in TTM design, we also provide Vehicle Swept Path Analysis, Consultancy, RRRAP Assessments, BIM/ 3D design and traffic modelling.
About the role of Apprentice Business Administrator:
We have a fantastic apprentice opportunity We are looking for an Apprentice Business Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to various departments within the business.
Whilst working in the office for the first 18 months, you will also study and complete the level 3 business in Administration qualification.
This is the equivalent to an A Level.This is a great opportunity to learn and kickstart your career in business administration. You will be joining and working alongside a successful team of talented designers and engineers. Hours of work are 40 per week, between the hours of 7.30am pm, Monday to Friday.
What will I be doing in my role as Apprentice Business Administrator?
- Handling and processing of sensitive information
- Organising and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and minute taking
- Preparing business documents
- Collating and reporting on health and safety specific data/ activities.
- Supporting Quality and Environmental activities
- Collating information from internal audits
- Processing employee inductions
- Inputting and maintaining data
- Coordinating training for company employees
- Updating supplier information
- Assisting in financial and accounting activities where applicable
- Assisting in business development and company projects.
- Any other administrative tasks that may arise
Essential Attributes for an Apprentice Business Administrator:
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Good general literacy/numeracy/ICT
- Minimum of 3 GCSE's grade C or above
- Understanding of business and employee confidentiality
- Confident, outgoing personality
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
