An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Market Research and BD Specialist to join a rapidly growing multinational property investment and development company.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within an exciting and fast-paced environment and have a significant impact on the success of the business.

You will be working collaboratively with a great team of our local and overseas colleagues on a range of projects.

You must be flexible, quick to adapt and comfortable managing tasks ranging from market research, competitive analysis, project training, business development, project viewings, project exhibition support, negotiating deals.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for gathering information and conducting comparative market analysis
Create reports to help pricing and to identify the elements about investment projects or location
Prepare project presentation and provide regular project training to overseas colleagues and sales channels
Maintain information database of London market
Maintain relationships with existing sales channels
Assist sales channels to arranging house inspection negotiate and close deals with clients
Responsible for the promotion of overseas property in assigned area and development of new sales channels
Cooperate with sales channels to provide professional consulting services of overseas property for clients through exhibitions, presentations and other forms.
Assist Sales Channels and clients up to the completion of the property purchase.
Provide professional guidance to clients, channels and overseas colleagues on project details.
Contribution to marketing material creation and promotional strategy

Requirements:

Degree or above holder in Business, Real Estate or related disciplines
At least three years' experience in real estate research, marketing and business development
Excellent communication skills,
Excellent Proficiency in Mandarin and t English, both written and verbally
Excellent time and project management skills with the ability to juggle a wide range of competing demands
Highly organised, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong sense of responsibility with a cando attitude and can work as part of a team
Can accept shortterm business trips

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
