An excellent opportunity has been made available by my client an established housing provider in the UK. My client has a large portfolio of supported living projects and offers generic housing management and supported housing services.

Vacancy Brief:

• My client is looking for a Regional Supported Housing Manager; this is a temp to perm opportunity.
• A full-time role, it is 35 hours per week.
• Working pattern is Monday – Friday 9 – 5pm role.
• Pay Rate is £27.02 PAYE OR £33.30 Umbrella
• Full UK Driver's License and access to a vehicle is required.
• There is an expectation of travel within London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex areas, there will be WFH in-between property and office visits.
• The role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check covering children and adult's workforce issued within the last 12 months of on the update service.
• Successful candidate will be responsible for Budget of up to £4m p.a.

The Responsibilities:

• As a Regional Supported Housing Manager, you will be a key leader for the organisations CAS-2 within your region, representing the organisation, building and maintaining strategic relationships with MOJ, HMPPS and other stakeholders
• As a Regional Supported Housing Manager, you will work in partnership with the Housing Management team to ensure the organisation is working within their voids and arrears targets, complying with Tenure Law and that your teams are abiding by our Housing policies and procedures.
• You will work collaboratively with the Asset Management team to ensure the organisation are a good landlord who adheres to all Health and Safety requirements, property standards and compliance.
• As Regional Supported Housing Manager, you will take responsibility for all aspects of people management including managing the recruitment, attendance, conduct and performance of direct reports using the appropriate policies and procedures.
• Furthermore, in your role as a Regional Supported Housing Manager, you will manage and develop your teams and individuals by ensuring your managers are carrying out supervisions and appraisals, as well as on-going guidance, support and management.
