We are excited to be recruiting for a Corporate Associate for a market leading international law firm in the City of London.

You will join a department who advise on all aspects of equity capital markets, M&A, debt and private equity for UK and international companies.

The ideal candidate will have circa three years PQE with a solid track record in M&A and/or private equity. Ideally you will have mid market corporate finance experience, coming from a City or international law firm.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded international firm where you will gain more responsibility taking a key role on transactions and working directly with clients and Partners. You will be given opportunities for training and development to help strengthen your skills and experience.
