    Job Vacancy: Teaching Assistant Level 2 (Supply Basis - Nursery)

    Location: Primary School in Eastham
    Contract: On-going, starting after Easter
    Hours: Mornings only

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Assist in the delivery of educational activities and support the classroom teacher
    - Help create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children
    - Provide individual support to pupils with their learning and development
    - Assist with daily routines and tasks within the nursery setting

    Requirements:
    - Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
    - Experience working with young children in an educational setting
    - A patient and caring approach towards children
    - Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    Teaching or classroom assistants are now vital resources for teachers and are heavily relied upon in schools.

    • Assist in the educational and social development of pupils under the direction and guidance of the head teacher, ALNCO and class teachers

    • Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities
    • Assist class teachers with maintaining student records
    • Support students with emotional or behavioural problems and help develop their social skills
