    This leading UK Utilities company are continuing their rapid expansion and transformation through strategic reconstruction, and are now seeking an experienced IT procurement specialist to join as Senior Category Manager .

    Working on innovative projects, you will play a vital role in challenging, engaging and driving change within an ever-evolving market.

    With your extensive category knowledge of procurement, you will bring insight to internal stakeholders bringing new and exciting approaches to management.

    This will give you the opportunity to build your own network and work your way up the ranks within this global firm.

    Strategic category management
    Leading, developing and implementing category plans for short, medium and long term
    Identifying a pipeline of initiatives to maximise value and outcomes, by balancing commercial risk and value opportunities
    Becoming a commercial expert for the category that enables swift adaptation to market changes
    Be able to identify market trends, insights, opportunities and risks
    You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment which offers the work-life balance we all need.

    With hybrid working (2-3 days at home), you have the assurance of the flexibility which allows you to work hard but reap the rewards.

    The salary is £80,000 with a generous bonus scheme and excellent benefits.
