The Role; AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO JOIN A FORWARD THINKING ENGINEERINGCOMPANY

The Inspection/Quality Controller is responsible for the smooth running of the Quality Control / Inspection to ensure that the machine parts are manufactured to spec, good quality and on time in a safe manner.

Prioritising the daily workload of the Quality Control / Inspection to meet the needs of the Customer.
Carryout Quality Control / Inspection tasks, assisting in Quality Audits and meeting ISO standards.
Liaise with Customers on Non Conformance Report's (NCR's), concessions and drawing issues.
Sign off and release parts with a certificate of conformity and all inspection reports.
Experienced using CMM Mitutoyo and MCOSMOS
Working closely with the other Production Supervisors to ensure machine parts are ready for assembly.
Liaise with the Production Manager on trouble shooting issues.
Assisting the Production Co-Ordinator on daily transport for delivery of parts.
Keeping the Team Leader informed of any concerns.
Ensuring high standards of housekeeping, quality and Health & Safety procedures. Always promote a safe working environment.
