Finance Manager - Hemel Hempstead, United Kingdom - Think Accountancy and Finance
Description
I am looking for an Interim Qualified Finance Manager for a business on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead.This is a long-term interim position for 18-24 months.
This company is leading the way in its field, and this is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to lead a team of 5-7 people.
Overview:
- Team management
- Monthly management accounts
- Cashflow forecasts and reporting
- Annual budgets
- Preparation of consolidated annual accounts
- Coordinating financial audits
- Preparing Hedge accounting documents
- Tax returns
- VAT returns
- Company Secretary responsibilities
- Business Partnering
- Change management
Experience required:
- ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified ideally in Practice
- Understanding of Accounting Standards FRS101, FRS102 and IFRS
- Audit
- Experience in Budgets, Forecasts and Variance Analysis
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage varying workload
- Experience of managing a team
