I am looking for an Interim Qualified Finance Manager for a business on the outskirts of Hemel Hempstead.

This is a long-term interim position for 18-24 months.

This company is leading the way in its field, and this is a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to lead a team of 5-7 people.

Overview:

Team management
Monthly management accounts
Cashflow forecasts and reporting
Annual budgets
Preparation of consolidated annual accounts
Coordinating financial audits
Preparing Hedge accounting documents
Tax returns
VAT returns
Company Secretary responsibilities
Business Partnering
Change management

Experience required:

ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified ideally in Practice
Understanding of Accounting Standards FRS101, FRS102 and IFRS
Audit
Experience in Budgets, Forecasts and Variance Analysis
Ability to meet deadlines and manage varying workload
Experience of managing a team
