Campaigns Officer

As the Campaigns Officer, you will deliver research, planned and measured campaigns to support the corporate priorities, ensuring creative design input.

You'll have flexible working arrangements, whilst you will be required to work from our offices for parts of your initial training, after this you'll work both in the office and from home as part of our hybrid working model.

About the role

As the Campaigns Officer you will support the achievement of corporate priorities and the objectives of the Corporate Communications Strategy whilst liaising with other departments to identify objectives, audiences, timescales, budgets, and resources.

Measuring and evaluating the outcome of campaigns to develop understanding of the most effective channels, messages and creatives among different audiences and share that learning across the organisation.

You will work with local, regional, and national organisations and partners to develop best practice, share creatives where possible and forge strong relationships.

Evidence of generating innovative communications ideas and pursuing them to deliver successful outcomes.
Experience of delivering campaigns to time and within budget.
Experience and knowledge of a wide range of measurement and evaluation tools and techniques.
A proven track record of planning and delivering complex integrated campaigns to time and budget, delivering to objectives.
Experience and knowledge of crisis management and the role of communications functions.
