Are you a dynamic and experienced finance professional looking for a rewarding leadership role? Z-Tech Control Systems is seeking a Head of Finance to lead and develop our finance team.

As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and ensuring the continued success of our organisation.

Leading and Developing the

Finance Team:
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the finance team to ensure their professional growth and development.

Review Management Accounts: Oversee the preparation and analysis of management accounts to support informed decisionmaking by senior management.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes to support effective financial planning and resource allocation.
Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Statutory Accounts: Manage the preparation and submission of statutory accounts in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.
Project Involvement: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on various projects to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
Senior Leadership Engagement: Engage with senior leadership to provide financial guidance and contribute to overall business strategy.
