£41,000 per annum + out of hours (1 in every 6 weeks - £300 retainer, £57 per job regardless of completion. Bank Holidays out of hours - 8 hours taken as TOIL or paid in lieu)
Hyde is looking to recruit an Electrician.

Hyde is one of the UK's leading Housing Associations. Property Maintenance at Hyde is responsible for ensuring that we provide all customers with a safe and decent home. As an Electrician at Hyde you will be required to undertake a variety of electricalrepairs/maintenance. You will ideally be an Electrician located locally looking for a permanent job near home.

Key Responsibilities of an Electrician

Undertake electrical repairs to properties
Works vary from changing light fittings, switches, sockets, remedial works, installation of smoke detectors, boiler re wiring, test and inspections, condition reposts ,day to day responsive repairs maintenance through to rewires
Act as a liaison between residents and internal teams to ensure any propertyrelated issues are highlighted and resolved promptly
Raise any noncompliance or process failures with managers.

Skills and Experience Required

Residential electrical experience needed
Social Housing Experience desirable
Essential requirement 18th Edition, City and Guilds Parts 1, 2 and 2330 level 3 or equivalent
Essential requirement 2391 Test & Inspection levels
Work in accordance with NICEIC requirements
