Professional Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Minimum years of experience in program management within the banking industry, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.

Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and industry trends.
Experience in leading and managing large-scale programs or initiatives, preferably within a financial institution.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve program objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
