Service Care Solutions have a new and exciting opportunity which has come up in the Leicestershire area working as a Leaving Care Personal Advisor.

This role offers a full time and a part time position which are currently paying £14.43 per hour

Within this role you will helping to support children and young adults that are either leaving care or looked after children who are needing support progressing within the next stages of life such as finding a career, assistance with housing or helping gain a right to remain visa.

You will deal with a wide range of individuals who come from multiple different background but are all seeking the same outcome of becoming a independent member of society.

Some of the cases you may deal with will be sensitive so you must be very open and be able to help support each individual in their own special way as no person is the same.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience working with vulnerable children/adults
Enhanced DBS
Worked previously with children/young adults with disabilities
Must be a car driver and have access to a vehicle
