    Partnership Marketing Manager - Stamford Bridge, London

    DEPARTMENT: Brand & Partnership Marketing

    REPORTING TO: Partnership Marketing Lead

    JOB FUNCTION: The purpose of this role is to manage the end-to-end process for delivering the Club's commercial partners' marketing campaigns across Chelsea FC marketing ecosystem

    DIRECT REPORTS: 1x Partnership Marketing Executive

    LOCATION: Stamford Bridge – occasional travel maybe required

    CONTRACT: Permanent – 35 hours a week

    PLAY YOUR PART (Main Responsibilities): Management of the planning, delivery and evaluation of contractual partner marketing campaigns that span digital, social, email, content, experiential, PR and match day.

    • Support the Partner Marketing Lead in building, delivering and optimizing season-long partnership marketing programs for current partners that target full-funnel objectives to deliver YOY growth across Partnership Marketing KPIs.
    • Supporting the Partnership Marketing Lead on the development of processes to optimise internal and external workflows to improve efficiency.
    • Build strategic campaign plans for partners, delivered across the Club's global and local marketing channels, that also support wider Club objectives.
    • Provide marketing expertise, insights and advice to ensure partners build successful campaigns.
    • Develop data-led campaign reports with the Insights team to analyse, evaluate and optimize the impact of partner activations, ensuring the team is providing tangible insights to internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Work closely with the Commercial Partnerships Team to ensure all partners' contractual marketing assets and campaign activations are delivered to a best-in-class standard.
    • Identify integration opportunities for partners within existing Club marketing initiatives.
    • Ensure partner marketing initiatives are approved against and meet the brand standards and guidelines of the Club.
    • Maintain & develop key internal relationships e.g. Commercial, Comms, Brand, Creative Studio, Insights, Performance, and Brand Experience.
    • Line Management and development of 1 x Partnership Marketing Executive
    • Constantly review the competitor landscape across key markets and provide updates to the wider teams and senior management.
    • Support on commercial innovation projects (pre-season tours, media partnerships etc.) to create new sources of revenue through new and existing partners.
    • Support Partnership Sales and commercial teams across new partnership development.

    • 3-5 years' experience in a Marketing manager position
    • Experience of writing, managing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns utilising a full range of marketing tools and channels.
    • Experience working in a sponsorship/commercial partnership environment is advantageous but not required.
    • Experience with sponsorship contracts and rights packages advantageous.
    • Extensive understanding of digital and social marketing best practices, channels and branded content.
    • Ability to articulate and influence key strategic decisions, build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
    • Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
    • Creative flair and confidence with a positive attitude.
    • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work in a demanding environment.
    • Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team.
