There is an excellent opportunity to join us in our Project Support Team as a Project Coordinator.

We are looking for someone who can complete a wide range of tasks from project set up / close down, purchasing items, resourcing and travel bookings, logistics and shipping and warehouse operations.


This role will have a significant element of onsite working in shipyards and vessels worldwide, supporting Project Managers and wider teams to achieve completion of large and complex projects. Due to the nature of this role, there will be a projected uplift of around 30% on top of the standard salary for additional working time spent away.

Role Responsibilities:


  • Source materials and raise a high volume of purchase orders accurately using the Trimline Purchase Order procedure. As well as progress chasing of deliveries and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Continually monitor and update system products and processes within Trimline systems with correct pricing, documentation and data input.
  • Source and book required labour as well as making travel and accommodation bookings for projects and the wider business. This will include communication with Polish and other European speaking resource and companies.
  • Coordinate onsite labour to ensure smooth operations for project management team including but not limited to flights, transfers, accommodation and tasks related to working in different countries and ports.
  • Carry out general support and administrative tasks required by the project lead during preplanning, site implementation and project close down
  • Attend and contribute to project and department progress meetings.
  • Help plan and generate project shipments within Trimline systems including commercial invoices, vehicle planning, material reports and data input.
  • To provide cover for the wider Project Support team within their specialist roles during period of holiday, sickness, and peak periods of business activity
  • Carry out general support and administration including any other adhoc task as directed by your line manager or designee.

This permanent, full time position will offer the successful applicant a competitive basic salary of around £25,000 to £30,000 (dependent on experience) and a great range of benefits including pension and company bonus.
