    OCR Alpha is a leading and forward-thinking Hedge Fund specialist recruitment firm based in London. Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and staff development has fuelled our growth in recent years and we are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

    We pride ourselves on the relationships we have built in an industry that is notorious for the highest calibre and are looking for someone who can play an integral role in the continued success of the team. You will be supporting a fast-paced, generalist desk (currently 6 people) working with experienced consultants servicing a broad client base across Hedge Funds and the wider Investment Management industry. If you possess ambition, organisation, and drive, you'll experience rapid growth within an expanding business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Foster strong candidate relationships through effective communication and support.
    • Building out talent maps for internal use
    • Booking interviews and conducting interview preparation
    • Attending client meetings alongside consultants
    • Undertake all necessary administrative duties to streamline operations and support
    • the team.
    • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the hedge fund industry to
    • Effectively match candidates with specific mandates.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases.

    Qualifications and skills:

    • Graduate from a top-level university.
    • Previous experience in Recruitment - Resourcing, or Sales Support is advantageous but not essential.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop within the role.
    • Excellent attention to detail
