    Business Analyst, Marketing Technology, FTC 12-month

    We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive a diverse range of projects and initiatives for the MarTech team at King.

    This is an opportunity to join a highly valued and dynamic team that supports a range of business functions in a creative, ambitious and collaborative environment.

    The MarTech team is uniquely positioned at the intersection of the business, technology, data and third parties with the goal of continuously evolving the way we operate in Marketing.

    We work with all Marketing channels and leadership to ensure that we have the right technology and processes in place to reach our Marketing objectives effectively and efficiently.

    Marketing Technology
    Regularly audit and analyse the MarTech technologies contracted by King and any requirements for enhancements or changes
    Manage initiatives to test and integrate 3rd party and internal tools for the marketing team
    Research, recommend and implement new marketing technology products to drive innovation or efficiencies
    Collaborate closely with technical teams and marketing partners to deliver solutions
    Assist in the preparation of cases and in contract negotiation, legal, IT and finance processes
    Support/train the marketing team on MarTech toolset
    Lead implementation of "work smarter" initiatives by:
    Collaborating across teams to create, optimize and implement processes to improve collaboration, communication, speed and content creation
    Looking for opportunities for automation and how to reduce complexity and improve productivity
    Project Management
    Manage projects from inception to completion, partnering with the Marketing, Technology, Games teams and external vendors
    Create and maintain project plans, trackers, communication plans and follow-up routines
    You are passionate about marketing and technology and have a growth mindset. Experience working within an internet, civil service, consultancy or gaming business in a marketing operations, business analyst, consultant, tech researcher, or marketing technology role
    Experience with growth and performance marketing technologies
    Experience managing multi-functional initiatives and projects in a dynamic agile business environment
    Ability to transform an idea into a viable end to end implementation plan
    Detail oriented, quality focused and player centric
