We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated SEN teacher to join our school community.

In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Plan and lead lessons that are tailored to the individual needs of students with special education needs
  • Collaborate with other educators, support staff, and outside agencies to support the academic and socialemotional growth of your students
  • Assess student progress and use data to inform instructional decisions
  • Adapt materials and strategies as needed to meet the individual needs of your students
  • Support the development of positive behaviour in the classroom and use positive reinforcement techniques to address behaviour challenges
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay uptodate on best practices in special education
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate student records and documentation
