    Fabric Coordinator:(Mens & Womenswear Brand )

    • Great opportunity to join a highly successful Design Led Brand.
    • My client is looking for atalented Fabric Coordinator or Raw Materials Product Developer specialising in fabric & trims for a Luxury mens & womenswear brand.
    • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in the luxury market. You will spearhead the process from conception to final production. Providing technical advice to ensuring the highest standards of quality, wash & fabric.
    • Ideally to start asap but happy to wait - for the right candidate.

    Fabric Coordinator: (Mens & Womenswear Brand ) The Company

    • Based in London fabulous office, friendly team.

    Fabric Coordinator: (Mens & Womenswear Brand ): The Role

    • Responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of all Fabrics and Trims from development through to production across multiple bespoke projects & stock collections.
    • Creating & raising purchase Orders for all fabric, trim and product purchase orders (On Zedonk) for initial (first client order) and repeat orders.
    • Responsible for building strong relationships with the factories and mills globally.
    • Updating the BOM files for purchase tracking information and prices.
    • Working closely with the Design team to help execute their creative ideas, to ensure innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Supervise all sustainability initiatives and compliance for the business and ensure fair practice with all our partners.
    • Managing all raw materials in transit for Production to CMT locations, requesting freight quotes for sampling, production and production support on client dispatch.
    • Confirming cloth and trim information to key stakeholders and recording status and stock updates
    • Prevent Raw Material excess creation and excess management.
    • Manage the annual review of excess, establishing reasons & suggesting improvement areas for mitigating risk.
    • Review supplier performance management feedback & agree appropriate response mechanism.
    • Ensure effective use of systems and maintenance & accuracy of data.
    • Provide textile knowledge and training to all cross- functional teams.
    • Invoice sign-off all material and development spend.
    • Sign off of care guidelines for client handover, created by Product Developer.
    • Forecasting of project purchases overview for cash flow.

    Fabric Coordinator: (Mens & Womenswear Brand: The Candidate

    • At least 2 - 3 years experience in the luxury market
    • Proven experience in managing raw materials in a similar fashion company or fabric manufacturing background
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong industry knowledge
    • Highly organised, working well independently as well as part of a team.
    • Interest and understanding of the Sustainable supply chain and cloth certification.
    • Excellent communicator with the ability to manage conflictingpriorities
    • Highly organized, detail oriented and can multitask with excellent time management
    • Energetic, flexible, and positive under pressure
    • Knowledge of Zedonk beneficial though not necessary
