    Description

    Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for an Asset Manager on a 6 months contract with a possibility of further extension.

    The Asset Manager will analyse the information our client holds on their buildings from multiple sources and will identify where RAAC concrete may have been used and will report this to the project working group so further investigative action can be taken where necessary.

    A knowledge of the commercial property and occupational property sector.

    A knowledge of the RAAC product and its usage would be beneficial however on site training with our RAAC surveyor will be provided.
