PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

We are looking for motivated, customer-focused people who want to join our team as a Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician.

The focus of the Senior Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician role is to ensure safety regulations and policies are adhered to, to ensure preventative maintenance is conducted on time to a high standard and to provide high levels of equipment availability through continuous improvement.

Shift Pattern:
Days only Mon - Fri Clustering: This role includes working across multiple sites.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• \tRole model health & safety best practices and monitor those around them to ensure they follow the example they set.
• \tWork in a hands-on manner and demonstrate SME (Subject Matter Expert) levels of knowledge on all MHE (Material Handling Equipment) in the building.
• \tCoach and mentor the technicians on shift.
• \tProvide high levels of equipment availability to our internal customers by means of troubleshooting and prioritizing.
• \tSupport continuous improvement of systems in a standard manner across the EU network.
• \tDevelop and maintain a good working relationship across all levels in the organization.
• \tUnderstanding of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and equipment performance metrics.
• \tManagement of contractors.
• \tCoach and mentor the operational team on correct use of equipment.
• \tOn-site support and responsibility for management and escalation of high severity tickets.
• \tManagement of escalations to specialist subcontractors where required.
• \tManagement of critical spare parts inventory utilizing APM system.
• \tCo-ordinate/execute planned preventative maintenance on the full range of MHE equipment within the site.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Weybridge, SRY, GBR

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• \tServed a full engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• \tServed a full engineering indentured apprenticeship and/or qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
• \tMulti skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines with relevant experience in automation or complex.
• \tMHE environments.
• \tSolid foundational knowledge of PLC based controls systems.
• \tExperience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance.
• \tand record reactive tasks.
• \tKnowledge of Statutory Compliance requirements.
• \tAbility to communicate (written & verbal) in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• \tProven ability to supervise and influence others on the team.
• \tProven ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and workload.
• \tExperience of multi-contractor management.
• \tExperience in a multi-site environment.
• \tExperience in fault finding on building equipment i.e HVAC, Dock Doors, plumbing and general building maintenance tasks
