    Provide safe, reliable, and compassionate care tailored to each customer's unique needs and wishes.
    Respect and promote the dignity of each customer, ensuring care is provided with informed consent.
    Maintain confidentiality of customers' personal and medical information.
    Follow care and support plans, assisting with personal care, medication, meal preparation, housework, and more.
    Engage customers in social, physical, and mental activities to promote well-being.
    Record and report care provided, changes in condition, emergencies, and other relevant information. Caring, compassionate, and dedicated to anti-discriminatory care.
    Ability to work alone or as part of a team, especially in emergencies.
    Willingness to participate in initial and ongoing training. Full driver's licence with Class 1 business insurance and a current MOT (if using own car for business purposes). Relevant care or health qualification.
    Previous experience as a care assistant or unpaid carer.
    Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health and safety matters.

    The ability to work every other weekend (rota to be discussed) What We Offer:
