- Processing of orders, filing and archiving.
- Checking and handling import documentation and arranging payment with accounts for customer invoices.
- Communicate with internal teams to provide updates on the status of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Supporting and/or managing the preparation of bulk documentation, files, and bundles.
- Dealing with door sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate the flow of information and address any supply chain challenges.
- Updating spreadsheets and running reports.
- Experience in administrative tasks and office management
