    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrator at The UPAC Group in Cardonald, Glasgow. The Administrator will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting the team, and communicating with clients. This role involves ensuring smooth operations, maintaining records, organising schedules, and providing general administrative support.

    The Role

    • Processing of orders, filing and archiving.
    • Checking and handling import documentation and arranging payment with accounts for customer invoices.
    • Communicate with internal teams to provide updates on the status of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
    • Supporting and/or managing the preparation of bulk documentation, files, and bundles.
    • Dealing with door sales.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
    • Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate the flow of information and address any supply chain challenges.
    • Updating spreadsheets and running reports.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in administrative tasks and office management
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Previous experience in the packaging industry is a plus

    Hours

    Full time, On-site.

    9am-5pm.
