Our client is one of the world's leading Asset Managers, and they are currently growing at a record pace.

Such growth necessitates an increase in hires and internal talent development, which is the reason that we are now supporting them in their search for an experienced HR Shared Service Team Leader to join the business.

Ideally you will have experience in managing the employee lifecycle for a busy business whilst understanding the pressures of the wider HR team.

This role will team lead a very efficient but small team to assist the HR team and line managers on:

Onboarding of all employees including backchecks
Managing the reporting of HR MI
Acting as a Workday SME for the business
Assisting the head of HR compliance on all areas

You will assist the Head of HR Services in driving forward the development of the business's employee lifecycle processes as well as any HR Operations/Administration processes the firm has.
