Assistant Development Manager on a
full time, permanent based in
South East London. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of
up to £35,000 per annum.

About the Assistant Development Manager role:

As our
Assistant Development Manager,you will assist our Development Managers in delivering some of London's most exciting residential-led property development projects.

Our varied pipeline includes our 3,500 home Dagenham Green Masterplan, our Vulcan Wharf development comprising of 450 homes and 8000sqm of industrial floor space and Friary Park, a regeneration project delivering over 1,150 new homes.

Working as part of our high caliber directorate, you will work across the property development lifecycle through design and construction stages, delivering high quality new homes set within inspiring new places.

We want you to grow and develop within the role, with the aim of, in time, managing your own development projects.
