Office Assistant - Edinburgh, United Kingdom - Gilson Gray
Description
The role will have responsibility for running the print-room which includes running large-scale printing, scanning, photocopying tasks to a high standard, to support all departments of the Firm.
You will also carry out office duties such as distributing mail internally, collecting outgoing mail, arranging and clearing meetings rooms including assisting with refreshments, going to the bank and post-office and covering reception desk and client calls as required.

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
