    Job Description

    New 2 year contract opportunity (outside IR35) for a Crane Supervisor to join an exciting Erection Waste Treatment project with immediate effect.

    Crane Supervisor Responsibilities

    • Meet and greet cranes/drivers under supervision as they arrive on site to be set up
    • Check crane documentation to meet the BS Code of practice for the safe use of cranes
    • Be aware of all Health and safety legislation with regards to daily/weekly lifting equipment
    • Monitor all crane movements on site
    • Attend crane meeting and site coordination meetings
    • Communicating of risk assessments and method statements to all personnel involved in a lifting operation

    Crane Supervisor Required Experience

    • 3-5 years' experience as a Lifting / Crane Supervisor in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or Power Plants
    • Energy Recovery Facility experience
    • Basic and complex
    • Boiler superheater panel lifting
    • Economiser lifting
    • Heavy load and rigging lifting

    Crane Supervisor Application Process

    This is a 2 year contract requirement with a start date ASAP; CV's are currently being considered and interviews are taking place from 15th April 2024. The interview process will be 2 stage and candidates will need to be available in no more than 4 weeks in order to be considered.
