    About the Team


    The graphics department sits within the marketing and business development team, which is currently made up of 20 people, offering a full range of support to the business, including brand and marketing strategy, corporate and service line marketing materials, CRM, research, public relations management, campaign management, bids & tenders, events coordination and management of the firm's digital footprint.

    Main responsibilities


    • Design and layout of corporate brochures and documents
    • Presentation design and layout with media as required
    • Bid support material to compliment the bid team
    • Adhering to, policing, and developing layout to work with corporate identity
    • Ensure brand continuity across all collateral, following brand guidelines
    • Preparation of floor plans, cartography and bespoke mapping
    • Photography and illustration
    • Taking and understanding project briefs
    • Train on the job with the coaching from our talented team of professionals, aid your growth but also give you the confidence to work autonomously
    • Wider support for the business development/marketing teams.
    About you

    You will ideally have had some experience in a similar role in a professional services firm, and:


    • Some industry experience would be desirable
    • Demonstrate ability to be innovative
    • Have a good working knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and PowerPoint
    • Have excellent attention to detail
    • Be able to work collaboratively or independently
    • Have an interest in changing trends and new ideas
    • Be proactive and eager to learn new skills


    Our hybrid working policy outlines staff to be in the office for 3 days per week, with 2 days working from home.

    We also offer flexibility around our core hours, which are from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. You can choose to start and end your day around these hours, provided you still do your 7.25 hours per day (e.g. 8.00 am - 4.30pm, 10.00 am pm).
