- To ensure full reporting compliance for CQC, Safeguarding, Health & Safety Executive, for the service
- To undertake audits as requested by the RM and to ensure monitoring, implementation of action plans, governance reporting at local level and sharing of lessons learned for quality and assurance
- To ensure that all incidents are reported according to PJ Care policy and any actions, lessons learned and required change in practice is implemented locally and shared corporately through governance for quality assurance
- To share lessons learned and maintain high-quality person-centred care in accordance with PJ Care's values.

As an Unit Manager you would be responsible for the 24/7 provision of all provisions of clinical services in our Mallard house Centre which is based in Milton Keynes.
To have immediate line management responsibility for clinical operations and oversight of all HR, disciplinary, supervision and management of staff within areas of responsibility.
All staff employed by PJ Care are individually responsible and expected to safeguard and promote the safety and welfare of all individuals who access PJ Care services to ensure everyone is protected from actual or potential harm.
