    Description

    Considering moving to the South Coast where you can have a brilliant quality of life – beautiful location on the doorstep to New Forest, close to Isle of Wight, Bournemouth and Southampton.

    " Salary is up to £65k + bonus, 5 weeks holiday, fees paid as well as other benefits, such as Bonus scheme based on sales (up to £5k Approx)
    " Benefits – medical, dental, death in service, fees paid + 5 weeks holiday.
    " £10k joining bonus and £5k relocation allowance.
    " (Newly Qualified Optometrists – offering up to £50k basic + accommodation allowance for 1 year)
    " Hours are 8:30-5:30 and are closed on Sundays.
    " Here is a chance to take on a role with a clinical environment and the option to develop into a partner of the business. If you are considering a new opportunity and looking to relocate to have a better quality then look no more, you will be close to Bournemouth and Southampton, a few miles from the New Forest, close to the Isle of Wight, there are great schools in the area for the kids and plenty of sociable things to do out of work. The right person for this position will be a highly professional and clinical with a keen eye for details and a passion for customer service. In this role you will be very well supported by a highly successful management team including a very clinical ophthalmic director who is also an examiner as well as a friendly supportive team on the shop floor. You will also be supported by a good level of qualified and unqualified support staff. Responsibilities of the Optometrist Performing eyes tests to 25-minute appointments
    Retinal imaging
    Adhering to all GOC guidelines
    Building excellent patient reports
    Contact Lens Fittings Requirements of the Optometrist Must be GOC registered.
    Open to newly qualified or experienced
    A friendly and personable demeanour and strong personal work ethic.

    A customer focused approach to your work and the ability to build a strong rapport with customers and colleagues alike.

    Compensation for the Optometrist For your efforts a competitive package of up to £80,000 is on offer along with a strong bonus scheme, 33 days holiday and additional benefits.
