    Workshop Controller Full Time, Permanent Up to £42,000 PA DOE + Benefits Hull (Onsite)Heritage PS Talent Solutions are working on behalf of our client.

    Heritage PS Talent Solutions are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Workshop Controller to work with our well established Main Dealer client in Hull, on a full-time, permanent basis.

    Reporting directly to the Service Manager the Workshop Controller will be responsible for the day to day running of the workshop.


    Main duties of the Workshop Controller:

    Coordinate and allocate repair and maintenance work to the teamMonitor work in progress and ensure timely completion, working towards departmental KPI's that have been set.

    Motivate and encourage team members to achieve productivity and quality targets, this includes hitting the Workshop efficiency against budget.
    Ensure the workshop adheres to safety and environmental guidelines.

    Assist with problem-solving and provide technical guidance when neededMaintain comprehensive records of work and inventoryKPI's based around CSI and profit.


    Requirements of the Workshop Controller:
    Proven experience in a Workshop Controller or similar role.
    Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
    Strong organisational and scheduling abilitiesAbility to motivate and push team members to achieve exceptional results.
