Digital Tonic are thrilled to be working alongside a growing B2B Content Marketing Agency on their hunt for a Senior Marketing Account Manager This is a hybrid working role, with 3 days in the office in Bath and the flexibility to choose which days to comein.

If you have a background in working in a Senior Account Management/Account Director role within a digital/marketing/integrated agency, I'd love to hear from you

This isn't your typical B2B marketing agency; you'll have the chance to work on video, blogs, podcasts, and everything else you'd expect in B2C work to help B2B clients market successfully.

You will be managing a team of Senior Marketing Managers and Junior Marketing Managers (5).

You will be a fantastic leader from the perspective of people management, able to encourage, support, and motivate your team.

Along with this, you will deliver services across client accounts, have a firm grasp of what successful B2B marketing strategies look like, and be able to confidently explain and implement these strategies for clients.

We're looking for a proactive Account Director who can switch between leading strategy meetings with board-level clients, to checking social media calendars for errors, and offering edits to a client's most recent blog.

This role is ideal for you if you'rean ambitious, proactive director level marketer

What experience we're looking for

Experience working within an agency as a Senior Account Manager/Account Director is essential (we will also consider someone in an inhouse marketing role within the relevant clients sector with a passion to work agencyside)
A strong knowledge of content marketing channels
Ability to talk confidently to external stakeholders and clients
A strategic mindset along with not afraid to be handson
Eager and passionate about being a part of a growing agency
Previous experience line managing a team is desirable

How you'll be rewarded for your experience

There is a salary of £40k - £50k plus an annual bonus based on how the company performs each year.

This role is hybrid working with 3 days in the office in Bath and the rest from home.

There is a fantastic holiday allowance of 30 days of holiday plus bankholidays and 6 days off in December This really is an amazing opportunity to work with an agency with a genuinely great culture - they also offer monthly socials and an annual company break.
