Opportunity:
We have a new opportunity for a qualified Mechanical Maintenance Technician to work with one of the UK's most valued service providers. Our client holds one of the largest portfolios in the UK, comprising more than 3000 properties, ranging from listed buildings through to state-of-the-art integrated health campuses.
Working on the delivery frontline, you will have a real opportunity to experience what it's like to work for an employer who truly supports you and who makes a positive impact on the community.
What will your role look like?
Day to day, you'll be responsible for minor repairs and installations, fault-finding and ensuring that services and equipment are maintained across a clinical ward.
Reporting into the Technical Services Supervisor and taking direction from the PPM planner, you'll deliver scheduled, reactive and remedial maintenance services, maintaining operational standards.
What are we looking for?
We'd like to speak with you if you hold one of the following;
- BTEC City & Guilds, plus relevant experience
- NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Formal apprenticeship or craft trained equivalent
This role will give you the opportunity to work alongside those from other technical disciplines, so the ability to assess, problem-solve and communicate complex technical issues would be an advantage here too.
A DBS check and DVLA checks are required for this role.
