About the role:


We're currently hiring for interim Senior CRM Marcoms Officers to join us on a fixed term basis of a year to work on the implementation of our new CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics.) It's a great opportunity to be part of something that will be totally transformational in the way we communicate with our students and myriad other audiences.


Some of the things you'll be doing include:

  • Working closely with consultancy agencies and key teams across UCL to enable the deployment of the new CRM system
  • Working with the CRM Manager, the CRM Project team, agency partners, and ISD to scope and develop high level project work plan for the roll out of the new CRM Microsoft Dynamics
  • Identifying training requirements, and develop plans and guides for UCL's new CRM users
  • Creating, training and leading a 'superuser' group
  • Contributing to the customisation and development of the new CRM system
  • Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementation of marketing strategies
  • A/B Testing

About you:

To do this job you'll need experience working on B2B/C CRM programmes, with demonstrable ability to plan towards campaigns, test programmes and implement full CRM activities (Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Salesforce or similar platforms.)


You'll have previous experience of managing CRM campaigns targeted to segmented audiences, working with internal and external stakeholders, and developing impact reports.
