Managing Director – FMCG Recruitment Consultancy
Package: £60,000 + £40,000 OTE + Equity [after qualifying period – no
personal investment required]
Location: Birmingham / Nottingham / Flexible
Haywood Thomas is a recruitment consultancy focusing on commercial
roles in FMCG – with an exciting network, we aim to be a disruptive
operator in the UK and Globally. We will partner with clients in growing
and developing their commercial functions at all levels.
Initially you will be involved in filling roles for current clients in addition
to developing the Haywood Thomas brand. By the end of your first year
you will have built your team to 5+ operating in all facets of the
consumer sector with an eye on growing into new areas.
• Build strong relationships with our clients – immerse in their culture and be an extension of their business
• Leverage your knowledge and experience to build a robust pipeline of top talent in FMCG Commercial Management.
• Build long-term relationships with talented candidates and guide them through a seamless end-to-end recruitment process.
• Develop the Haywood Thomas brand by working with partners to develop website and social media campaigns.
• Longer term. Recruit, manage, coach and therefore develop a high-performing recruitment team.
• Longer term. Assist in the expansion into other geographies by building a pipeline of talent.
You:
• You have already built a strong reputation and network in FMCG recruitment and will understand where to find top commercial talent
• You want to develop your Management and Leadership skills and receive training and development from industry leaders
• You are considering or have already decided to go your own way but would like the financial security to build a business in the right way
• You will be a self starter, able to work remotely
• You will have the knowledge to build a CRM/ATS that will add value to the business
