Description

Our Client, a well-known and successful estate agency is looking for an experienced Branch Manager in Brixton.

Working hours:

As a Branch Manager, you'll be required to work full-time hours.

Our client is offering the successful Branch Manager:

Up to £27,000 Basic Salary

- £50,000-£60,000 OTE (uncapped)

Five months of supplementary payments to support you whilst you build your pipeline
A company car or allowance
Ongoing training and support

To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have:

Minimum of 2 years of experience within an Estate Agency at Senior level or higher
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to lead a team effectively
Proven track record of outstanding customer service

As a Branch Manager your role will involve:

Leading daily meetings with the Estate Agency team
Coaching the team to achieve KPIs
Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance
Encourage your team's development and progression
Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and buyers
Liaising with prospective buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
Ensuring the business is riskaverse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
