    Key Responsibilities:


    develop and deliver accurate and compelling internal communications to support execution of Group strategy with key internal stakeholders (operational leadership, functional leadership, sector leadership, professional staff, operatives), employing the full range of internal communication tools and techniquesand manage the corporate communications officer ensuring delivery, engagement and development against key performance metricsfor developing and delivering an appropriate internal communications strategy and delivery plan that positions the Group as an international engineering enterprise across targeted sectors and markets.internally the Group's Health and Safety (Mission Zero) and sustainability ("Protect Health / Prevent Harm) agendas with key audiencesand lead employee engagement campaigns to support business improvement, positioning Keltbray as an employer of lead communications to build understanding and support for Keltbray's Unique Business Offering (UBO), covering leadership in digital engineering, Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA), Engineering Consultancy and integrated self and deliver appropriate communications for specific business change and transformation programmes across Groupand deliver appropriate content for core Group communications channels, inc.

    intranet/ websiteand deliver crisis and issues communications as appropriatethe Group and the Corporate Centre in translating business strategy into communication messaging, activity plans and ultimately, high quality deliverablesrelationships, and work closely, with key project teams/ functional business partners to ensure appropriateness of messaging and deliverables, specifically focussed on the construction and infrastructure operations of Keltbraywith brand-aligned agencies to ensure messages are integrated and aligned with overall business objectivesas a key interface between other functional areas (inc.
