    Description

    Property management company are looking for a part time Conveyancing Assistant & Administrator who is based local to Merry Hill Centre for an immediate start at their Brierley Hill office near Dudley.

    The ideal candidate must have previous experience with a strong organisation background in a professional environment, who is passionate about doing a great job.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide excellent customer service and manage expectations at all times
    Manage telephone, letter, email etc enquiries.
    Able to read, understand and interpret site plans, Leases, Transfers and legal documents
    Able to collate information to answer enquiries
    Liaise with colleagues on matters that have a direct/indirect effect on enquiries
    Prepare enquiry packs and manage conveyancing files including follow ups
    General offices duties including data processing


    Skills required:
    Have excellent experience in customer service and managing work loads
    Able to work using own initiative as well as working well as part of a team
    Able to follow instructions and procedures
    Work accurately and methodically whilst keeping deadlines
    Have a good telephone manner and be confident speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person.
    Excellent keyboard skills
    Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel with good spelling and grammar
    Be highly organised and presentable
    A positive can do attitude
    This role is available on a part time permanent contract and is available immediately.
