OVERVIEW:

• Delivering legal assistance and advice to individuals confronting penalties and potential disqualification.
• Offer guidance on the procedure for disciplinary proceedings.
• Offering guidance on legal challenges and appeals against regulatory decisions.
• You will have 2 to 6 years of relevant post-qualification expertise.
• Proficient in showcasing comprehensive understanding of fitness to practice and regulatory laws, as well as associated practices and procedures.
• Demonstrated proficiency in case preparation across various court levels and tribunals.
• Proven track record of effectively handling complex cases and conducting thorough investigative work.
