Currently recruiting for a growing digital client who are looking to hire a Digital / Analytics Lead to push forward their subscriptions side of business.

Looking for an individual who can drive a membership model and engage heavily with various stakeholders to optimise conversions. Strong experience with stack is highly desirable along with defining strategy for a variety of audiences. Rare opportunity to work with one of the few scaling businesses within the client's industry.

Responsibilities / Skills

· End-to-end ownership of the digital subscription business.

· Experience within funnels, conversions and churn, and use data for continuous optimization and opportunity identifications.

· Understand workflows and strategies, and provide recommendations about product improvements and features to increase revenue from subscriptions.

· Define tracking and tagging requirements to ensure best possible measurements and breakdowns of funnels and conversion.

· Strong hands-on day-to-day experience with the Audience Suite (DMP, Composer, ID, VX, ESP).

· Strong analytics skills.

· Being familiar with the concept of digital event data tracking.

· Ability to create funnels and define/enable relevant success events.

· Project Management skills and experience
