Head of Construction - Housebuilding.

North London.

Basic £80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Package.
Cognisant have been instructed to appoint a Head of Construction on behalf of a rapidly expanding, traditional housebuilder. The business is well-established, has a strong land bank and is undertaking a period of sustained growth.

You will be responsible for:

Leading the construction department, building safely, onbudget, to programme, deliver quality and offer outstanding customer service
Playing an integral part in the leadership of the business as a member of the senior leadership team
Working closely with all disciplines, ensuring the smooth throughput of work, identifying both risk and opportunity
Developing and building the team, offering mentoring and support to ensure career advancement opportunities
Inputting into new site acquisition assessment, using your experience to ensure any potential issues are identified and considered

We are keen to speak with experienced and driven housebuilding construction professionals. You will offer high levels of delivery expertise and have a demonstrable track record of leading high performing teams.

You will be customer focussed, can handle volume and have the interest and ability to play an integral role in the leadership of the business.

The role will suit experience Heads of Construction / Senior Construction Managers and those with the ambition and ability to make the step up into the role seamlessly.

Salary:
£80,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
