The Package:

• Up to £40,000 per annum.
• Monday - Friday / NO WEEKENDS
• Day shifts
• Career progression within an expanding group.
• Company pension scheme.

The Job Role:

• General Manager to run this high volume site
• To implement SOPs, drive profit and ensure best cost control practices are in place.
• To drive customer service within the team and achieve great guest satisfaction
• You will be dealing with high profile clients on a daily basis

The Requirements:
To have a great personality and be genuine, approachable, attentive and instinctive

• Proven ability to develop team members and improve guest satisfaction
• A track record of dealing with high volume catering
• Enthusiasm and willingness to progress your career under an established General Manager
• Have a background in hospitality management you will have a passion for the industry and want to deliver all customers a memorable experience.
• Would suit an existing manager within a high street restaurant or a hotel with high volume catering
