We have been instructed on an exciting opportunity for a US Capital Markets lawyer to move in-house with this financial services intelligence firm.

The firm counts many of the world's leading investment banks and other blue chip financial institutions (including law firms) as its clients, providing cutting edge intelligence and analysis on market developments across a range of financial products.

The legal team is looking to add a specialist US qualified capital markets lawyer, who can bring technical excellence and a track record of working on high-value leveraged finance and high yield bond transactions.

The purpose of the role is to assist the team in providing up to date analysis in this niche field, which the firm's clients can rely upon when taking strategic decisions in the markets.

Candidates should ideally be practising as a US qualified capital markets lawyer at a leading law firm in London or overseas, with around 5-10 years of experience (although those with less or more are invited to apply).
