Responsible for creating engaging and innovative training content which supports high performance against business and department objectives. Through this role you will make a difference through innovative design, blended learning approaches and strong time management skills.
To manage the delivery of this content through continually reviewing engagement to ensure that our people are using and benefiting from the content.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
You will Manage and prioritize requests for design creation, working with stakeholders to manage expectations on delivery timescales. You will be working on multiple projects at once. You will Produce storyboards and content outlines that can be used for initial approval ahead of content design starting. You will Keep your manager up to date with the current projects and timescales for completion. You will Create engaging and innovative training material and sessions which hit the client's requirements.
You will Rigorously review and test all content to ensure that is compliant, fit for purpose and meets the quality design scorecard.
You will have Management of internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on the progress of projects, challenging requirements where appropriate and suggesting alternative approaches and solutions.
you will Manage the business LMS ensuring that it designed to engage users through the design and accessibility of content.
You will Evaluate the success of content through key metrics including engagement, performance, and quality.What Amazing People Will Bring to the Role:
You will have proven experience of designing content using the Microsoft and Articulate 360 Design Suite software. You will show an excellent standard of written and spoken English, grammar, and copywriting skills.
You will have strong project management skills and the ability to multitask on several different projects at any given time.
You will showcase a proven ability of creating storyboards and content outlines for learning interventions.You will demonstrate you are able work independently and prioritise tasks to ensure that business requirements are met as quickly as possible and learning interventions are aligned with expectations.
You are confident using your initiative and recommending course/content developments. You will have a strong background in L&D either with designing or delivering. You are naturally creative.Simple and Straight Forward Recruitment.
