An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Breast Screening Administrative Coordinator to join the Administration Team in the NHS Breast Screening Programme based as the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
Enter data on to the National Breast Screening System (NBSS) relating to pathology and interval cancers.
To provide administrative and planning support to the Breast Screening department.
To manage administrative processes through the development of high quality communication, data and information systems.
To work in close collaboration with clinical members of staff to ensure patient information meets the requirements of clinical care and that an efficient, effective and client focused service is provided to women in accordance with national standards.

Maintain the existing SMS appointment reminder system via DrDoctorEnter data on to the National Breast Screening System (NBSS) relating to pathology and interval cancers.
Assists the Breast Screening Administrative Services Manager to ensure the operation of an efficient and effective administration service that meets the needs of the Breast Screening Service
Responsible for maintaining paper based and electronic filing systems within the department, and for managing and maintaining departmental databases
