As the Risk and Compliance Manager, your role involves supporting the Directors and Senior Managers of the organization, offering specialized guidance and assistance in fulfilling their obligations related to risk management and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in enhancing business competencies, fostering ownership of risks and controls. Your responsibilities include leading the development and integration of risk management and compliance frameworks to aid in the identification, management, and reporting of risks and risk appetites, implementing control measures, and executing action plans. Through constructive criticism and expert advice, you will steer enhancements to risk management practices and oversight, ensuring appropriate reporting to all stakeholders, including the TPT Exec Team and the TPT Audit & Risk Committee.
You should possess a keen attention to detail, a flexible approach, convincing communication skills, robust relationship management abilities, conflict resolution skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
