    The opportunity:

    Planning and Performance Reporting (PPR) sits at the heart of PPM (Planning and Performance Management) and at the coal face of the UK's financial performance management. We are a dynamic and agile team that thrives in dealing directly with the UK CFO, CEO and senior leaders within the UK and at Group.     We are looking for an ambitious candidate to act as the Planning and Performance Reporting analyst for the UK P&C business, ensuring accurate, timely & insightful in year reporting. You will be responsible for support the delivery of reporting requirements to Group PPM, the UK Excom, and UK legal boards.

    What will you be doing?

  • Ownership of the UK P&C group reporting process, including reviewing results/forecasts, preparation of Group presentations and key systems uploads and controls. Provide an in-depth understanding and produce all commentary in respect of the financial performance of the UK P&C business.
  • Ensure delivery of quarterly financial performance papers to the ZIC UK Branch.
  • Input to UK Business Unit Reviews and UK Exec reporting activities as required.
  • Demonstrate ongoing process improvement and support to other PPR activities as required.
  • Act as the conduit between Group PPM and local Business Partnering teams.
  • Manage the UK P&C delivery of the annual planning cycle in line with the UK & Group timelines.
  • Line manager responsibilities for A3 PPR Analyst.
  • Role reports into the Head of Planning & Performance Reporting.
  • What are we looking for?

  • You will have experience in building and managing relationships with varied stakeholders.
  • You will have a good understanding of the UK financial performance framework.
  • You will have strong communication skills and can build a message for several different stakeholders including Executive Committee members.
  • You will be a proven quick learner.
  • You will have strong problem-solving skills, and a high level of agility.
  • You will have the ability to see the bigger picture as well as maintain excellent attention to detail.
  • Qualified Accountant or similar level of professional qualification applicable to role advisable but not essential.
